What’s Eligible
We accept returns for most new BAPE hoodies sold on kucingoren.biz when the following is true:
- All manufacturer and retail tags are attached; accessories (stickers, dust bags) included.
- No signs of wear (including odors, pet hair, deodorant/makeup marks, or stretched cuffs/waistbands).
- Returned in the original polybag or equivalent protective packaging.
Not Eligible (Final Sale)
- Marked “Final Sale,” clearance, or limited “archive” drops.
- Underwear, socks, face coverings, or any hygiene-sensitive items.
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Items returned beyond the 30‑day window or without tags/packaging.
Defects, Damage, or Wrong Item
If your hoodie arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will issue a prepaid return label and a replacement or full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Find your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Email [email protected] with subject “Return Request – [Order #]”. Include:
- Reason for return (fit, color, changed mind, etc.).
- Photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with your RMA and instructions.
- Pack securely, remove old labels, and drop off within 7 days of label issuance.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color of the same style?
- Fastest method: purchase the new size/color now and start a standard return on the original item. We’ll refund the original once it’s inspected.
- Direct exchange: request a hold via support. We’ll reserve the size for 5 days after your return is first scanned by the carrier.
Refunds
- Timing: 3–5 business days after delivery to our facility for inspection, plus your bank’s processing time (typically 3–10 business days).
- Method: original form of payment or store credit on request.
- Deductions: outbound shipping is non-refundable; domestic return label fee ($8.95) deducted unless the return is due to our error/defect.
- No restocking fees for eligible returns. If cleaning/repair is required, we may assess up to 15% to restore salability (we’ll notify you first).
Return Shipping
- US domestic: Use our prepaid label. $8.95 is deducted from your refund unless defective/incorrect.
- International: Customers arrange return shipping with tracking and insurance. Duties/taxes are non‑refundable; you may file with your local customs office.
Packaging Guidelines
- Fold garment neatly and place in the original polybag (or a clean replacement), then into a sturdy mailer.
- Do not affix labels directly to the retail box or garment bag.
- Include the RMA slip (if provided) to speed up processing.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused will be treated as a standard return. Original shipping is non-refundable; return label fees may apply.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer post‑purchase price adjustments on limited, hype, or promotional releases. Prices are subject to change based on market and inventory.
Gifts
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you received a gift, we can issue store credit to you upon request with proof of purchase.
Authenticity & Color
Every BAPE hoodie we sell is authenticated and photographed in true color under standardized lighting. Minor color variance between screens is normal and not considered a defect.

FAQ
How long do I have to send the return once I get the label?
Please drop off within 7 days of label issuance. Labels used after that may be void, and the return could be refused.
Can I return a worn hoodie?
No. To protect collectors and hygiene standards, we only accept unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached.
My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it.
Contact us within 7 days of the shown delivery date. We’ll help initiate a carrier trace. Claims filed after 7 days may be denied by the carrier.
Do you cover return shipping?
We cover return shipping if your item is defective or incorrect. For fit or preference returns, a domestic label is provided and $8.95 is deducted from your refund.
