Overview
We ship Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed by 12:00 PM PT are prioritized for same-day handoff. Dispatch times may extend during product launches and peak seasons; you’ll always receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
- Verified products, photographed in true color, packed to protect garment structure.
- Signature required on orders over $500 value by default (optional add-on for smaller orders).
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO are shipped via USPS where available.

Tracking & Notifications
- Tracking link is emailed immediately after carrier scan. Check spam/junk if not received.
- SMS updates available at checkout in supported regions.
- Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages; each package has its own tracking link.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
- Duties/taxes are either prepaid at checkout (DDP) or collected on delivery (DDU), depending on your country’s rules.
- Refusal to pay customs fees results in return-to-sender; shipping and fees may be nonrefundable.
- We cannot mark items as gifts or declare lower values.
Address Changes, Cancellations & Hold Requests
- For edits or cancellations, contact [email protected] within 1 hour of placing your order during business hours.
- After dispatch, we can request a carrier intercept or hold at location (fees may apply).
- Ensure your address is complete: apartment/suite number, correct postal code, and reachable phone number.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Marked Delivered, Not Received
- Check with household members, neighbors, and building management.
- Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes mark delivered early.
- Contact us with your order number; we’ll open a trace with the carrier.
Transit Damage
- Photograph the packaging and item immediately.
- Keep all materials until the claim is resolved.
- Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
Theft after delivery may not be covered by carriers. Consider signature on delivery or pickup at a carrier access point.

When will my order ship?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed by 12:00 PM PT are prioritized for same-day handoff.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO?
Yes, via USPS where available. Some services (e.g., UPS Next Day Air) may not deliver to PO Boxes.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Contact us as soon as possible with all order numbers. If the orders have not been processed, we’ll do our best to consolidate.
Will I pay customs fees?
For international orders, duties and taxes depend on the destination. Where possible, these are calculated at checkout; otherwise, they’re collected on delivery.
Is a signature required?
Orders over $500 require a signature by default. You can request signature service for any order at checkout.
